At our February vigil, we spent time remembering and honouring Jill Phipps. Jill was tragically crushed to death under the wheels of a lorry whilst trying to stop the live exports of calves from Coventry airport on the 1st February 1995.

release of two chickens. These beautiful beings are currently now living out long and happy lives in their forever home.
Meet Jill & Newman, a massive thank you to everyone that came to today’s vigil. I’m sure you’ll all agree it was a very successful day with securing the release of our two lovely chickens Jill & Newman.
I’m sure we can all look forward to seeing lots of updates on how they get on.
